Losing weight is easy, if you know how. Hello! My name is Kamal. Aishah and I recently lost 17 kg (that’s 35 lbs) of our body fat in 5 months. We’ve regained our health and fitness simply by changing what we choose to eat every day.

In the past year, we’ve helped over a hundred people to lose a total of 1,000 kg through a simple and fun program which everybody could follow. So, what’s the secret?

Well, there’s no big secret to weight management. Your gaining or losing weight is the sum of what you eat minus what you burn. If you consume more calories that what your body can burn, than you’ll gain weight and vice versa.

Before starting the program, we would first measure how much calories your body is able to burn in a day. We can then advise you what kind of food to consume in a day so that your body gets sufficient nutrients while staying within your calorie range.

Different people have different calorie requirements and different metabolic rate. Those with slower metabolic rate would find themselves very easy to gain weight. Depending on what you eat everyday, you can further slow down your metabolic rate or you could improve it. That’s why, what you choose to eat everyday makes a big difference in how you look and how you feel.

To measure your calorie requirement and metabolic rate, we would need to know your age, height, weight and the circumference of your neck, waist and hip.
